Simple Happy Christmas Cooking…

Loving the home grown turkey. It tasted beautiful and none of us got sudden onset squeamishness. Bacon-ed, thymed & saged, olive oil, some flakes of Malden Salt and a tipping in of some white wine.   A blasting and then lid on for a couple of hours. Out and wrapped in an apron over the lid while the oven was free for all the other delicious things. Relaxed happy cooking with proper provenance. A perfect Christmas celebration..
